Technology’s Role in Managing, Leading, Collaborating

Project in Progress:

Technology’s Role in Managing, Leading, and Collaborating

New information systems promise improved quality and cost savings, but these will only be realized when designers engage end-users, and build commitment and buy-in . Important questions need to be answered through the technology needs assessment process, What information matters most to successful job outcomes? How are people collaborating with one another? What are the behaviors and  cultural barriers that will diminish the success of your significant investment?

Working with a professional services firm, Lisa is helping her client understand the cultural and contextual issues around technology needs for sharing, disseminating, and memorializing information.

Partnering with the firm’s project managers, Lisa and the team are well on their way to identifying millions of dollars in cost savings, and ensuring that the firm will fully leverage its financial investment in new technologies.
